If you visit the www.freeletics.com webpage for the first time you will see an overpowering image with these overall fit girls and boys und you will possibly think: „I would like to look like this.„ It is exactly what happened to me when I started using freeletics 2 years ago.
The beautiful part of freeletics is that you can begin without assuming yourself any risk. Freeletics offers you these free Workouts. All that you have to do is to register yourself free on www.freeletics.com. You will receive an email, which you will have to confirm. Within the freeletics App or if you login online you can execute the offered free tools.

A“really” free training plan (Coach) is not possible at freeletics, but you have the option to test freeletics for 2 weeks with a “refund guarantee”. Freeletics promises that you can return the coach (the Freeletics training plan) within 14 days, if you don’t want to go through it any further.
Even if you don’t want to buy or test the training plan, you have the possibility to start with freeletics right away. You can find the above mentioned free freeletics workouts under the section “Workouts” (Training). These workouts are not a properly freeletics training plan, they are rather free Freeletics workouts you can do yourself or merge in a training plan. You can find the free workouts from Freeletics also at “Freeletics app”.
Once you have realized how good Freeletics for you is, you will have to decide for the freeletics Coach or the freeletics Nutrition Plan or ideally both. You can buy both planes if you are logged in from the freeletics.com page. You need a PayPal account or credit card to buy something at freeletics. The advantage of the purchase with PayPal and credit card is that you can use the Freeletics guides immediately after. The Coach and the Nutrition Guide are both activated immediately.
The freeletics coach just have a price of 2,10 Pounds per week. That´s cheaper than a cup of coffee at Starbucks! This price is for a 3 month plan.
If you choose a 6 month plan you will save 14% and you will pay just 1,80 Pounds.
The 12 month plan is even worth. You will save 42% and you will pay 1,20 Pounds a week.

As described, the training plan is immediately activated. You will find under the section “My Coach” (Training) different instructions for the training on the left side and individually calculated Freeletic units for you and the associated Freeletics workouts on the right side. Each “Freeletic unit” is representative for a training day. (Of course, you can do more workouts in a “Freeletic unit” than the ones proposed by the Freeletics coach). Your first Freeletics week begins immediately. You yourself will decide when you will want to advance to the next week. The Freeletics coach does not jump automatic to the next week.
The focus of the coach (strength, cardio or both) is of course up to you, but you can change the focus of the training plan during the 15 week term. Click on the picture if you want to find out how it works.
When you buy the freeletics coach, you can choose between the standard 15 week plan or 6 month plan or even a Year. Depending on which runtime you choose you save up to 42%. If you are sick and you cannot train, the coach will not pause. Also a medical certificate will not stop the runtime of the coach, even if you send it to freeletics Gmbh.
You will not see all the workouts for the complete runtime. Week for week your personal coach will calculate them new, based on your workouts and times you did before. Just click on the „next week“ button if you finished all the workouts for the week and the coach calculate you the next week. If the coach week is too easy for you, you are free to do more workouts as well.
There are two different types of workouts by Freeletics to distinguish from:
- Complete workouts
- Freeletics “max” exercises
If you are in a training unit and want to have more exercises (earlier: “max”) workouts one after another, then there are no given breaks. Freeletics workouts are high-intensive workouts. You should perform them as quickly as possible. Duty breakes are provided in some workouts, these you have to comply to, but otherwise you should perform each single workout as well as the exercises in a row as fast as possible.

It is recommended if you want to achieve the maximal results. Freeletics has brought out a so called “Nutrition Guide” on the nutrition theme for the different goals.
